1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Document Hub (referred to as "Doc Hub", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website www.docready.in and using our Online PDF Editor, Image Editor, Document Converter, and other online utility tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Document Hub. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Online Tools. Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the Doc Hub platform.
2. Document Hub (Doc Hub) Service Scope
Document Hub provides a versatile ecosystem of web-based digital utilities. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Professional PDF Editor: Tools to merge, split, compress, and edit PDF files online.
- Advanced Image Editor: Specifically designed for Govt Job forms (SSC, UPSC, NTA) to resize photos to 20kb/50kb.
- Document Conversion Hub: Converting files between PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, and HTML.
- Smart Financial Calculators: GST Calculator, SIP Calculator, and Age eligibility tools.
- Career Tools: Free ATS-friendly Resume Builder hosted at resume.docready.in.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the Document Hub (Doc Hub), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our online tools. However, you agree NOT to:
- Use our Online PDF Editor to process illegal, fraudulent, or malicious documents.
- Engage in "Data Scraping" or use automated bots to extract tool data from Doc Hub.
- Upload files containing viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the Document Hub infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer any of the conversion algorithms used in our Document Converter.
- Use our Image Resizer to create fraudulent ID photos or misleading documentation.
4. Document Hub Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and the software behind our Online Tools are the exclusive property of Document Hub (Doc Hub). You may not copy, redistribute, or use our brand name (Doc Hub) for commercial purposes without our express written permission. You retain full ownership of the files (PDFs, Images) you upload for processing, but you grant Document Hub a temporary license to process these files to deliver the service.
5. Data Privacy and Security at Doc Hub
Your privacy is the core of our Document Hub. Our online tools operate under a strict "Zero-Retention Policy":

6. "AS IS" & Liability Disclaimer
THE DOCUMENT HUB (DOC HUB) SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- Our PDF Editor will perfectly preserve 100% of the formatting in all cases.
- Our Image Editor results will be accepted by every third-party government portal.
- The Document Hub website will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Document Hub shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our Online Tools.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Document Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our Online PDF tools, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights through the Doc Hub platform.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bihar, India. Any disputes relating to the Document Hub (Doc Hub) shall be first attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Bihar, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Modifications to Services & Terms
Document Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any online tool (like the Image Editor or PDF Compressor) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Doc Hub after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
